Her healing hands inspire an inner and outer sense of lightness and spaciousness, as structural alignment is restored and the layers that are no longer needed and serving gently fall away. The result is a brighter more true and peaceful way of being and moving in the human form and in the world.
Amber Lee's lineage is rooted in the Andes, the Hawaiian Islands, in prayer, and in service. Her treatment philosophy and teaching style is inspired by the innate intelligence and power to self-heal that lives inherently in every being. Years of study and experience in the Healing Arts has resulted in her comprehensive practice known as Plant As Compass.
Woven with the teachings of Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Integrated Energy Therapy®, CranioSacral®, Esalen Massage®, Deep Bodywork® and Reiki®, her style is described as slow, deep, and holistic. Cultivated at the renown Esalen Institute of Big Sur, California, Amber carries forward this potent lineage of healing in the world with humility and reverence. She may be found nurturing and gathering locally in the Ojai Valley where she resides, as she so devotes her life's path to the wellbeing of others and our Mother Earth. CHINESE MEDICINE, ACUPUNCTURE, ENERGY MEDICINE, SCENT ALCHEMIST.
Erin began her journey in dance and music, cultivating the energy patterns in the body throughout her childhood and early adult years. Discovering a kind of ‘flow state’ on stage however, stoked her desire to explore the mind itself through the portal of the ancient contemplative traditions.
She studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhism for the subsequent 9 years with a focus on mediation, yoga, and qi gong, knowing that to achieve a fullness of experience and understanding one had to immerse and commit themselves fully.
She also saw the wisdom of the body as the through line in any practice and that it was necessary to understand all potential access points. This insight led her to the study and practice of Chinese Medicine. For the following 6 years Erin dove deep into the energetic body in formal and informal training. The combination of structure and freedom for exploration opened a portal for her intuition to find its fullest expression. In particular Erin unlocked an ability to understand and create scent to serve as alchemical pathway to synthesize all energetic mediums.
In practice, Erin uses her knowledge and expertise to serve the unique needs of the individual or collective and to bring about an optimal expression of freedom, precision, love, and space.
