HEART SONG & EARTHTONES
AT LIGHT AND SPACE, OJAI
with CARLY JO CARSON + SERGE BANDURA
This experience takes place both at Light + Space and in Nature.
MORNING SESSION:
10:30am-12:30pm
Our day opens with a deep, heart-centered Shivakali Yoga practice, guided by founder of Light + Space and Shivakali Yoga: Serge Bandura (Earthtones). Unravel layers of the self in this creative breath-based flow, followed by "Synth Bath" in shavasana: a live ambient sound meditation. Our morning together culminates in Mantra ~ Wave, a new experiment in devotional chanting, or bhajan.
FREE TIME / NATURE:
12:30pm-3:30pm
After our morning session, we offer the opportunity to grab lunch all together, bring our meal into nature, and eat, soften, + enjoy. Join us amongst the trees, explore rivers, splash, bathe, journal, connect with friends, and relax. If you prefer to retreat on your own during this time, you are also welcome.
AFTERNOON SESSION:
3:30pm-5:30pm
Carly Jo Carson, artist/designer/fascilitator + co-founder of Mercago Sagrado, leads one 'Arc' of her Breathwork experience with musical composition. Carly's musical arcs are transformational modern day rituals to help heal suffering and disconnection. These sound sculptures are heart songs that bring us into an energy of reverence, love and remembrance. Lead with grace by Carly Jo, this offers an opportunity for deep release, beauty, and healing.
